RED Business Level is a set of offices from 34 m² in the RED residential complex at 30–32 Angisa Street in Batumi, 490 meters from the sea. The developer is AB Development, operating in Batumi since 2020.
How is an office in a residential complex different from an office in a business center?
The RED complex has 1,012 apartments and pedestrian traffic of around 7,000 people per day. A tenant renting an office here gets a flow of clients inside the building itself. A conventional business center has no such traffic: people come there on business and leave.
What if the office does not rent?
Finding tenants is handled by the management company, not the owner. Demand comes from residents of the complex and the surrounding area: medical practices, salons, studios and service businesses. Terms are set out in the contract with the management company.
What if the market declines?
